Preparing for International Ministry with The Alliance starts with your personal growth. Discovering your identity in Christ and intentionally investing in your personal growth is essential for effective life and ministry. Whether you are just exploring your options for international ministry or you are already an international candidate, your personal growth through a coaching relationship  is foundational. Here are the steps to start in the coaching network.

• First, an Alliance Candidate Developer will help you explore your personal story and calling, looking back to celebrate Christ’s transforming power in your life while dreaming together of your future ministry.
• Second, the developer will help you create a Personal Growth Plan to intentionally invest in the Five Core Characteristics the Alliance has determined to be essential for effective life and ministry. After spending time in reflection, you will complete a personal growth plan (PGP) that will enable you to intentionally grow in those core areas in your life.
• Finally, in cooperation with your candidate developer you will identify a ministry coach, someone who will come alongside of you to provide motivation and accountability to implement your action plan.
